The Morris County Office of Health Management strives to protect and improve the health and environment
of the residents of Morris County and to improve the quality and capacity of Morris County’s Public Health
System. The County of Morris is seeking a Health Officer with strong leadership and management skills to
direct the Office in this endeavor.
Ideal candidates must have experience with and an understanding of the County Environmental Health Act
(CEHA) and NJDHSS Public Health Practice Standards as well as knowledge of local, state, and federal
public health regulatory obligations and funding. Possession of a valid Health Officer License issued
by the NJ Department of Health and a minimum of five years experience as a Health Officer is required. EEO M/F
