FRA Technologies, Inc is a leader in software design and development, integrating computer systems
for in-house and mobile use and delivering support to municipalities throughout New Jersey. We are
a Central New Jersey based company serving the municipal and corporate markets for two decades.
Our MILS (Municipal Inspection and Licensing System) program’s modules include business licensing,

module allows inspectors, with the use of a lap-top and printer, working in the field, to conduct
inspections and violation tracking and print our Violations Report as well as the Sanitary Report
upon inspection. With the inspector back in the office, the new data entered in the field is then
integrated via the “sync” tool and the database used in house is updated to include all new inspections
and violations done in the field.
FRA Technologies’ products also include Animal, Liquor, Bingo and Raffle Licensing software as well as
Council, Landlord and Tenant, Parking, DPW, Recreation, Clinic Tracking and other software programs used
by Health and Clerks’ offices throughout New Jersey.
