New Jersey Register as of May 7, 2007.

A 60-Day comment period began May 7th. Written comments on
the rule must be submitted by July 6, 2007 to:

those wishing to provide oral testimony in lieu of written comments, there will

Department anticipates that the Remediation Standards rules will be adopted by
